You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately;  I’m here to help. Whether you’re facing challenges with food, your body, performance, mood, or navigating life transitions, therapy can help you feel better and connected to yourself again.

As a licensed psychologist with advanced training in the mind–body connection, I take a holistic, compassionate approach to therapy. I help both teens and adults gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with purpose. Clients often come to me feeling defined by their struggles—my goal is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel strong, grounded, and whole.

In our work together, you can expect a space that’s warm, direct, and deeply supportive. I’ll meet you with empathy and honesty while helping you stay accountable to your goals and growth. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and behavioral medicine, tailoring therapy to your unique needs.

I bring years of experience across hospitals, medical centers, residential and intensive outpatient programs, and private practice. This experience allows me to work effectively with complex and co-occurring concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, sleep issues, substance use, sports injury recovery, and health-related stress.

Our first step will be to clarify your goals. Those goals might be feeling more like yourself again, managing a specific issue, or creating lasting change. From there, we’ll build momentum together. If you’re ready to start therapy, or even just wondering if it’s the right step, I invite you to reach out. I’m here to answer any questions or concerns that you have.

Therapy Approach

I think it is important to build a connection with the client prior to engaging in deeper work. I believe in a humanistic, person-centered approach to make sure I have a good rapport with my clients. I am primarily a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) therapist. I also pull from other therapies including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic when applicable. I always tailor my approach to the client as opposed to forcing them to fit a certain “mold.”

What would you say to someone who is considering therapy?

First of all, I am glad you are considering therapy. I realize the stigma that can come along with mental health. Therapy is not as scary as you think it is, but it does take work. For me as a therapist, I will work as hard as I can for you with the hopes that you work hard too. I think it is very fulfilling and that you can learn a lot about yourself. I know being vulnerable is hard. It may not be easy at first, but I think the benefits are well worth it.
