What would you say to someone who is considering meeting with a dietitian?

Our work together will be tailored to you, your goals, and your lifestyle. When I meet a patient for the first time, I get to know what their goals are along with their struggles and concerns. Next, I will talk to them about their eating habits. I always meet my patients where they are at, I feel that’s very important in establishing trust with a patient. I am happy to offer complimentary phone consultations calls before setting up an appointment to answer any questions that you have.
