Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, recovering from trauma, or simply trying to find your footing again, I’m here to help you move toward the version of yourself that feels grounded and whole. I draw from values-driven, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and pace.

My extensive training across settings has contributed to a breadth of understanding of evidence-based practice, and even more so, the value of connecting with people and their truths at any stage of life. I have enjoyed serving individuals in private practice, OBGYN, primary care, and hospital settings, including Emory, Grady, and Northside Hospital systems. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all and have reinforced my goal to help individuals discover their own capacity for balance and holistic well-being. I have had the pleasure of serving patients from various backgrounds, and value creating an inclusive and affirming space where every person’s story, identity, and lived experience is respected and explored. My approach is grounded in cultural humility, curiosity, and genuine connection.

With specialized training around the perinatal period, I am deeply passionate about supporting women, birthing, and support persons through every stage of the reproductive journey, from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. I believe that the transition to parenthood is one of the most profound and transformative experiences in life. While it can bring deep joy, it can also surface unexpected emotions like anxiety, grief, guilt, identity shifts, and moments of self-doubt. For many, the perinatal period challenges long-held expectations of what it “should” look like. Whether you’re struggling with fertility, experiencing complications during pregnancy, recovering from a difficult birth, or navigating the overwhelming adjustment of life with a new baby, you don’t have to do it alone. I strive to hold space for the full range of these experiences while helping you reconnect with your strength and sense of self.

Reaching out for support is a powerful act of self-care, congratulations on the start of your journey to your most true and cared for self! I look forward to connecting and walking with you on your journey.

Therapy Approach

I take an integrative and collaborative approach to treatment by drawing from several evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe that individuals are the experts of their own wellness, and my role serves to assist in the exploration or re-identification of one’s true self. With emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, I meet clients where they are by helping them to better understand their thoughts and emotions, find new ways to cope with stress, and take steps toward what matters most to them. Whether you’re struggling with feeling disconnected, perinatal related stressors, self-doubt, intense emotions, body image, or adjusting to life changes, we work together to build tools that help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself and others. Through tailoring my approach to each individual’s unique needs, I strive to help clients move toward safety, healing, balance, and a more fulfilling life

What would you say to someone who is considering therapy?

Starting or re-starting therapy can feel like both a big decision and a brave one. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious, or simply ready for something to shift, it’s okay not to have it all figured out before you begin. All you need is a willingness to show up as you are. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about creating a safe and supportive space where we can explore what’s been heavy, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a version of life that feels more aligned with your own values and priorities.
